For international orders, shipping rates are calculated based on the destination at checkout. Delivery times range from 5-15 working days, depending on the location. The Orange Sand offers a convenient return, refund, or exchange process for purchased items. Orders, whether paid by COD or online, can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

Terms & Conditions:
1. A fee of 25 AED applies to any returned or exchanged item (local orders only).
2. An additional fee of 35 AED applies to orders over 5 kg. These charges apply to returns or exchanges.
3. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 7 days.


CANCELLATION & REPLACEMENT POLICY

REFUND
Delivery and shipping fees will be deducted from the purchase price of the returned item, and the balance will be refunded.
Delivery and shipping fees will be waived if the returned item is faulty, defective, damaged, or not as described on the site. Refunds will be processed only through the original payment method and may take 10 to 45 days, depending on the credit card's issuing bank.
